Information

This accessibility statement applies to all flows from flow.monthio.com or any subsequently customized URLs (hereinafter “the Services”). The Services must comply with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the “European Accessibility Directive”), which aims to ensure equal access to digital products and services throughout the EU.

This accessibility statement also applies to the website monthio.com (hereinafter the “Website”), which must likewise comply with the aforementioned regulations.

At Monthio, we are committed to making our service accessible to all users, regardless of disability, limitations, technology, or special needs. We want everyone to be able to access and use our services. There are still gaps in the accessibility of our services, but we are continuously working to improve them.

The Website's Compliance with Standards

The website has been developed to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Levels A and AA.

The website is fully compliant with WCAG, including:

  • Support for screen readers and assistive technologies;
  • Semantic HTML5 structures;
  • WCAG-compliant CSS styles for color contrast, focus indicators, and visual clarity;
  • Compatibility with modern browsers and devices.

Compliance of Services with Standards

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our services. The services meet the vast majority of the accessibility requirements in WCAG 2.2 Levels A and AA. There are still a few shortcomings that affect a limited proportion of the total number of users. These are described below under “Non-Accessible Content.” We are actively working to improve the accessibility of the Services. A limited number of accessibility gaps, currently affecting a limited proportion of total users, remain. These are described below under “Non-Accessible Content.”

Unavailable content

As part of our ongoing assessments, we have identified areas where accessibility can be improved. These challenges may affect users who rely on assistive technologies or alternative ways of interacting with digital content. We are aware of and are addressing the following accessibility issues related to specific WCAG 2.2 success criteria:

Screen reader labeling and structure
Some interactive elements do not yet provide screen readers with complete information, and a few views lack a proper heading. We are working to resolve this as part of the rollout of our design system.

Status and feedback messages
Some loading and upload states are not yet announced correctly to screen readers. Some notifications may close automatically without the option to pause them. We are in the process of improving our error messages so that users can better understand what went wrong and how to fix it.

Keyboard interaction
A small number of interactive elements do not yet respond to keyboard input in the same way they respond to mouse or touch.

Ongoing improvements

To improve the accessibility of our services, we have launched a comprehensive accessibility program that includes:

  • New accessible design system and component library:
    . Developed based on react-aria, with built-in accessibility features and WCAG-compliant CSS. It is being rolled out in order of priority to ensure consistent accessibility and compliance.
  • Built-in Accessibility
    Moving forward, new features will be designed and developed with accessibility in mind from the very beginning.
  • Employee Training
    : Increased awareness and skills in accessibility and inclusive design across teams.
