We are looking for a person who
- Motivated by stakeholder management and thrive on contributing to the onboarding and implementation process of new customers
- Will be the voice of our customers by understanding their feedback and using it to improve our product and customer experience
- Want to guide new and existing customers on product options
- Can communicate with different levels of the customers' organization
- Thrives on alternating between going into detail and maintaining an overview.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Danish banking sector
- Experience in credit processing is a necessity
- Knowledge of legislation related to creditworthiness assessment is an advantage
- Project and/or stakeholder management would be an advantage
- Good written and oral communication in both Danish and English.
